Research
Hanover was one of the first agencies to use research to investigate the causes and consequences of homelessness and to suggest solutions to help alleviate it. We conduct targeted research into the causes and consequences of homelessness so that we can strive to bring about social change.
Robust research provides services on which successful advocacy is based. We use our research to shape our service delivery, to influence government policy development and to generate social change. With a team dedicated to a range of research projects, we work closely with other community service agencies, universities, research institutes and government agencies.
Our new strategic plan will see an enhanced focus on the work of our Research team. To read more about the Strategic plan click here.
